Tara Young PhD RD has over 25 years of experience working as a registered dietitian and a researcher. As a researcher at top level universities, she has studied weight loss, insulin resistance, nutrition behavior change and the methodology behind making science-based nutrition recommendations. She is also a mother, wife and daughter who understands the challenges across life that can make eating well difficult.
