I see clients with a variety of nutrition concerns including cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes and insulin resistance, weight and aging. Please see below to read about my different ways to work with people.
Private Virtual Appointments
The private virtual visits are the core of my nutrition counseling. This is where we talk to figure out the best approach for you. I will ask you questions about what you eat, your lifestyle and other factors as we develop a successful diet plan you.
Specialized Support
Sometimes more than advice and support is needed. I can help with a virtual shopping trip, a kitchen re-organization or even strategic planning for a vacation.
Communication and Accountability
Diet changes can be challenging and people can benefit from support outside of appointments. Communication and accountability services are between appointment emails and reminders to answer any questions you may have and to help you stay on track. I may also check your food intake using a nutrition app.
Nutrition Talks and Group Nutrition Programs
Contact me if you are interested in having me speak to your group about a specific nutrition topic or if you want to have a monthly nutrition program at your office, church or club.
